Set up your club, bring your members in

A one-time setup. After this your organisers run the events and your members just show up and drive.

    Create your club

    Set up the club with its name and home state — the state lets us tailor map data (e.g. live WA road conditions) later on.

    Bring your members in

    Three ways: share a join link, hand out an invite code, or upload a CSV to bulk-invite. Members are matched up automatically when they first sign in.

  3. 3

    Assign roles

    Promote trusted members to organiser so they can create and run events. The club admin view is kept separate — most members never see it.

  4. 4

    Subscription & invoices

    Manage the club’s subscription and generate an invoice when you need one for the club’s books.
